Due to Expansion - An exciting position has arisen in our Call Centre for a Call Centre Advisor. Our predominantly INBOUND call centre has a large call volume and requires customer focussed sales individuals to receive customer enquiries, process them on our bespoke system and book required appointments. There is a limited amount of outbound calling required to registered customers - NO COLD CALLING. This is an opportunity for a dedicated and results orientated individual. The role includes booking viewings on rental and sales property and explaining the administration process to prospective Tenants/Purchasers. Applicants should be PC literate and have a confident phone manner. Flexible Hours/Days - minimum 2 full days; 8.45am to 5.30pm per week.
