Let Only & Tenant Find Renewals - 'Your Feedback & Our Solution'
This month we launched our on-line Tenancy renewal service for our Let Only/Tenant Find Landlords - hurrah I hear many of you scream!
It has been met with a brilliant response from Landlords who can now ensure they benefit from always having a fixed term tenancy in place at their property (with literally the click of a few buttons).
The feedback from Landlords has included the following comments '30 seconds and it was done, just what I wanted, dead simple, great!' and 'renewing my tenancy was previously a bit of a pain and I let it slide , not any more' plus 'I asked I got, can't say fairer than that'
The on-line renewal process is a great addition to the service proposition, it will work in tandem with our experts teams, that as always will be on hand to answer questions, offer advice and to further support our Landlords - don't forget we are always here to help!
The on-line system has been developed following feedback and requests Landlords that have taken part in our Landlord feedback forums and meetings - thanks guys for your input.
Keep the feedback coming and we will continue to develop the services that you request!
Our sales teams will be updating you further in the coming weeks but it is a fantastically easy way to ensure Landlords always have the security of a fixed term tenancy at their property.
On Saturday 23rd April we will be hosting the inaugural Gatekeeper Sponsored Easter Egg Hut in Witney Town Centre (10am 'til 1pm, register at the office, 77 high street on the day).
The event which is free to enter to anyone will hopefully be blessed with good weather and and see a grand turn-out.
We have already roped in friends and family members of the Gatekeeper-Springfield to help hand out eggs and prizes (don't worry we'll keep a keen eye on them to make to make sure the chocolate eggs are safe).
With FREE Chocolate eggs for all participants and Top Hunter awards of up to £20 It is sure to bring out the eagle eyed, chocoholic instincts in all of us!
Come along on the day with your children, grand children, nieces, nephews etc to what I am sure will be a fun few hours.

Another record month for the lettings team has kept me and the rest of the property care team busy. We are processing a record number of applications on a daily basis which is great news for our Landlords.
