'Appy Days with Mobile App

With more and more people using smart-phones and computer tablets to surf the web we have been hard at work developing our mobile app and mobile versions of our Internet site.

One landlord commented last week - 'crikey do you guys ever stop' - simple answer no!

When tenants request improvements to what we do, we act - last month saw the launch of our online viewings booking system- a raging success, which has seen tenants booking more viewings than ever before.

Our mobile platform development will see even more viewings - more great news for Landlords - watch this space for news of its fanfare launch.

More money is being 'thrown' at mobile advertising by the marketing team which will again keep our business and your property ahead of the competition.

Hot Topic - 'Whats happening with interest rates?'

Unfortunately the Gatekeeper 'crystal ball' is not able to give us a definitive answer.
This month the BOE held interest rates at 0.5% for the 28th Month in a row!
The only way is Up from here. Don't panic though, it is commonly viewed that any increases will be steady not sharp.
There are some good deals in the market at present that will track the base rate but allow a borrower to jump to a fixed rate deal when they want - The mortgage guys have helped a number of clients with this type of product in the past few weeks.

Well what a quarter we have had!
