More great news for Landlords this months as we further enhance our tenant proposition, yes that's right more service! As landlords we know that happy tenants stay longer at properties, the longer they stay the better off we all are - something we are all keen to see. Following feedback from both Landlord and Tenant forums we are pleased to be able to launch our 'Move In Box' gift for new tenants. The box which will be delivered to Tenants on day of check-in will include some basic items that are a great help on the first day of living in a new house. At present the box will include; Clipper tea bags, Lavazza coffee, Just Milk, Kitchen towels, Fairy liquid, Flash kitchen cleaning spray, Flash cleaning wipes, Fairy dishwasher tablets, BizzyBee rubber gloves and scourer, Ariel stain remover. This box will be FREE of charge for tenants & more importantly see NO Cost to Landlords either (tenants do however need to give us permission to deliver the item). A fantastic addition to the proposition, a nice touch for tenants and I have no doubt it will add that 'happy feeling' to our new tenants. Another great solution following your feedback so please keep letting us know your ideas.
New Finance System Update
For those of you who receive our monthly statements you will have been being 'teased' by the news that the launch of our new finance system is approaching. It is a personal and bespoke Gatekeeper package designed with your ideas, help and feedback (again thanks to everyone that has been involved to date). Over the next few months we will be entering some field trials with Landlords that have volunteered to be part of the development, this is a really exciting time for all of us, as the service we can offer landlords will be transformed from a finance and account perspective. Last month's newsletter included an article on our hunt for some new talent for our property team. Whilst this exercise is not 100% complete we have made 1 fantastic addition to the property care team. Andrea has previously been working in our sales team and brings a wealth of experience from that role so is already helping many customers with enquiries, making service and response levels better than ever. Recruitment and training will continue over the next few months to ensure that all the team have more time to make sure we further enhance how we look after both you and your properties
